Mr. Hiyajo joined Nichiei in year 1987 and start his carrier working as production engineering at the radar application department. - In 1989, he joined submarine division work as a system engineer in the international field.
- In 1992, he was assigned to Project Manager of Poland domestic optical fiber transmission system management and construction network over 50 sites.
- He returned to the submarine division in 1994 and started his background of Project Manager of International Network.
- Appointed to Managing Director in 2013.
